SWMS which stands for Safe Work Method Statement is a PDF document generating app developed for The Kraftsmen Property Maintenance company.
SWMS template allows to:
-list the types of high risk construction work being done
-state the health and safety hazards and risks arising from that work
-describe how the risks will be controlled, and
-describe how the risk control measures will be put in place
-take a picture of of the hazards
-geo tag each SWMS with location
-sign and email generated SMWSs
-take Kraftsmen's induction test
-fill out Kraftsmen contractors details and as well details of subcontracts
One SWMS can be prepared to cover a variety of tasks, taking into account the changing nature of the work environment. Alternatively, a separate custom hazard item can be prepared for each type of high risk work.
